Wood-fired saunas have long been a cornerstone of Scandinavian culture, particularly in Finland, where they are cherished as a place of rejuvenation, social connection, and holistic well-being. We’ve embraced this timeless tradition and made it mobile, for all of the NW to experience.

Community Sauna Sessions

Looking to meet new people, or curious about trying a sauna or contrast therapy for the first time? We host community sauna sessions in Cornelius throughout the week. Please send us a message if you’re interested in learning when our community sauna sessions are held and what times are available. Each session is about an hour and fifteen minutes and includes time in the sauna, our chilly cold plunges, and relaxing or chatting around the smokeless fire pit. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready for your best night of sleep.
