Community Sauna Sessions
Looking to meet new people or have never tried a sauna and are wanting to try contrast therapy? Come join us at one of our community sauna sessions in Cornelius on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Saturdays! With 2-3 session times to choose from you can enjoy an hour and fifteen minute session of sauna, our chilly cold plunges, or talk around the smokeless fire pit! You’ll go home feeling rejuvenated and get the best sleep of your life.
